Knowledge Base · Alerts & escalation
What languages does IRIS support?
Seven languages: Finnish, English, Dutch, French, Spanish, Swedish, and German. Language is set per recipient, not per tenant, so a single escalation chain can page a Finnish-speaking responder first and a German-speaking one next, each getting the message and IVR prompts in their own language.

Why does per-recipient language matter for escalation?
An escalation chain often crosses countries — the on-call rota for a multi-site EU deployment isn’t all one nationality. Per-recipient language means the same alert reaches each person correctly, in whichever order the chain escalates.
