How each service is paid
All IRIS services share one credit ledger (1 credit = €0.01) — credits are spent across services in your workspace. But each service is paid the way it is actually used: a subscription with bundled credits for alert management, pure prepaid credits for the SMS-sending API.

HybridEscalating, two-way alerting is a per-user subscription with usage bundled in.

What is a credit?
A credit is the unit you spend when IRIS sends a message. 1 credit = €0.01. A typical SMS alert costs a few to ~10 credits depending on the destination country; Voice costs more. You only ever pay for what you send.
Does the free trial need a credit card?
No. The Free Trial requires no card. You activate by verifying your email and your admin mobile number, and you receive 1,000 credits (≈80 SMS alerts, worth €10). There is no auto-charge when the trial ends.
What happens when my credits run out?
Sending pauses until you top up. During the trial-only launch, talk to us and we will top you up or set you up on a plan — self-service credit packs and card billing are on our roadmap.
Can I get an invoice instead of paying online?
Yes — on the Enterprise tier. Enterprise is invoiced today (annual, all-inclusive). Self-service card billing is on our roadmap; for now, talk to us and we will set you up.
