Partner program
Run IRIS for your customers — as a Partner.
You install, integrate or operate monitoring for other companies. The IRIS Partner program lets you administer your customers’ alerting on their behalf — their configuration, their escalations, their billing setup — and earn commission on their usage. Applying is self-service, and the paperwork is built into the product.
- 01The program
What an IRIS Partner does
A Partner manages IRIS accounts for its own end customers: alert configuration, receiver groups, viewing delivery and audit history, and each customer’s billing setup. There is no white-labelling and no wholesale resale — your customers see IRIS branding, keep full visibility of their own costs, and are billed directly by MeshWorks Wireless Oy. You earn a commission on your customers’ billed usage, accrued monthly.
- Administer only the customers assigned to you — never anyone else’s
- Commission on your customers’ usage; the rate is set at approval
- No white-label: customers see IRIS and are billed by MeshWorks directly
- 02Apply
Apply from inside the product
The application is self-service. You need an IRIS company account first — the free trial is enough. Signed in as your company’s administrator, open “Become a Partner” in the console and submit your company details plus a separate login for your future Partner console. Our team reviews every application; you see the status on the same page.
- Company legal name, business ID / VAT, registered address, country
- A separate Partner-admin email + password — deliberately not your existing login
- Review by the IRIS operator; approve or reject with a visible reason
- 03The Partner DPA
The data agreement, in plain terms
Administering a customer’s alerting means handling their data — recipient phone numbers, alert content — on their behalf. Under the GDPR that makes you a sub-processor: your customer is the controller, MeshWorks the processor, you the sub-processor. The Partner Data Processing Agreement puts that chain in writing, and you accept it inside the product as a one-time step — no separate signature round before you can even look around.
- Access only the customers assigned to you, only for account administration
- No use of the service or any customer’s data for your own marketing or purposes
- No processing outside the EEA without prior written approval
- Your own commercial records about a customer (contract, commission) remain yours as controller — separate from their service data

Approval, acceptance, first customer
When your application is approved, your Partner console login works immediately — it just stays gated until you have read and accepted the Partner DPA. After that you invite and manage your own end customers. Full disclosure runs both ways: each of your customers accepts their own DPA that names you as their sub-processor before their account activates, so nobody in the chain is processing on faith.
- Approval creates your Partner console; the DPA acceptance unlocks it
- You provision customers yourself — each one confirms their own DPA at activation
- One partner per end customer; partners are never listed publicly or shown to other partners
This page is a plain-language summary, not the agreement itself. The binding text is the Partner Data Processing Agreement presented for acceptance in your Partner console, together with the Partner Agreement.
Partner program — common questions
Who bills the end customer — me or IRIS?
MeshWorks Wireless Oy bills each end customer directly, and every customer keeps full visibility of their own costs. You earn a commission on your customers’ billed usage instead of reselling.
What customer data can I see as a Partner?
Only the data of customers assigned to you, and only what account administration requires: alert configuration, delivery and audit history, usage and billing setup. You may not use any of it for your own marketing or other purposes — that restriction is part of the Partner DPA you accept.
Do I sign the Partner DPA on paper?
No. The Partner DPA is presented and accepted inside your Partner console as a one-time step after approval. GDPR explicitly permits data-processing agreements in electronic form; the acceptance is recorded with version, time and account.
Will my company be listed as a partner somewhere?
No. There is no public partner directory, and partners are never visible to other partners or to end customers who are not theirs. Each end customer works with exactly one partner — yours see you, nobody else’s do.
What does the program cost?
Nothing. Applying is free, there is no partner fee, and you need nothing beyond a regular IRIS account to apply from.
